Love Music Hate Racism (LMHR) is a grassroots anti-racist campaign that aims to bring people together with music. After the violence that broke out across the country last summer, stirred up by racist social media posts and ill-informed reporting, we relaunched the campaign and released a statement that was signed by Nova Twins, Nubya Garcia, Enter Shikari and Fontaines D.C to name a few, and since then we've hosted hundreds of local events. Having recently celebrated the 80th anniversary victory of our alliance over fascism, now is a good time for us to remember the importance of coming together and raising our voices to oppose the dangerous and divisive agenda of those who thrive on messages of fear and hate.
